Esther Croysdill t/a Hills Nutrition is a holistic practitioner, not a medical doctor. Our services and natural health products are provided as complementary support only. We offer two distinct types of interactions:
- Online Shop (Product Sales): Purchase of natural health products only.
- Consultations (Holistic Support Services): One-on-one holistic guidance and wellbeing support sessions.

Purpose of collection for consultations: To prepare for and deliver holistic support sessions, provide general wellbeing education and guidance (within holistic, non-medical limits), communicate with you about your sessions, and maintain basic records of our support.
We rely on the information you provide and do not independently verify its accuracy
How We Collect Your Information
We collect information directly from you when you:
Place an order in the online shop
Book or attend a consultation
Contact us by email, phone, online forms or chat
Subscribe to newsletters or respond to surveys

Location information (such as postcode from your IP address) may be used for shipping calculations in the shop.

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Consultation records are generally retained for a minimum of 5 years unless you request deletion, where legally permitted. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will comply with our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Children’s Privacy
We can provide holistic support to children. However, our services are not directed at unaccompanied children under 18 years of age. We only work with children when a parent or legal guardian has provided consent and is involved as appropriate. We obtain consent from the parent/guardian (and, where the child has sufficient maturity and capacity to understand, from the child themselves) before collecting or handling any personal or sensitive health information relating to a child. We assess capacity to consent on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian privacy law. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete or de-identify that information.

We are not responsible for external websites linked from ours. We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the new version with the updated date on our website.
