Algonot KardioFlameGuard | Multitargeted Heart Support
$74.00
Cholesterol handled, blood pressure handled, and still that nagging feeling something is smouldering? KardioFlameGuard goes after the inflammation itself — seven heart compounds, 60 vege-caps.
Out of stock
KardioFlameGuard is Algonot’s heart formula: seven compounds in 60 vege-caps, built around the idea that inflammation sits underneath cardiovascular risk rather than beside it. It comes out of Prof. Theoharides’ work on coronary mast cells — the cells that respond to stress and, in his published research, help set off cardiac events.
How KardioFlameGuard Works
Most heart supplements pick one number and push on it. This one takes several independent risk factors at once: homocysteine, LDL and triglycerides, blood pressure, oxidative stress in the vessel wall, and the cytokine release — IL-6 in particular — that keeps low-grade inflammation running. Rather than one high-dose ingredient, KardioFlameGuard uses seven at pharmaceutical grade, each with its own job, so the formula covers ground a single compound cannot. If your interest is the artery wall itself, Arterosil HP works on the glycocalyx lining rather than on inflammation.
Key Ingredients
Seven actives, each in for a specific reason:
- Folinic acid — as calcium folinate, the form that helps bring homocysteine down; raised homocysteine is a cardiovascular risk factor in its own right.
- Allicin — the garlic compound, here for blood pressure and cholesterol deposits.
- Isoquercetin — a flavonoid from apple that lowers oxidative stress and cytokine release.
- Epigallocatechin — green tea’s EGCG, working on the same oxidative and inflammatory side as the other flavonoids.
- Olive leaf extract — standardised for hydroxytyrosol, the olive polyphenol that improves endothelial function, the inner lining of your blood vessels.
- Myricetin — from bayberry bark, cardioprotective and anti-inflammatory, and the third flavonoid dampening IL-6.
- Berberine — the metabolic one: LDL and triglycerides down, insulin resistance and glucose handling improved.
Who It’s For
Anyone with a family history they think about, anyone whose cholesterol or blood pressure is being managed but who wants to work on what sits underneath it, and anyone whose stress and their heart feel connected. The caps are vegetarian.
Suggested Use
Take 2 vege-caps up to twice a day, with or without food, or as recommended by your practitioner. One point worth knowing before you start: the allicin in this formula can interact with blood-thinning medication and anything else that affects clotting, so if you take those, have a bleeding disorder or have surgery coming up, talk to your doctor first. Store in a cool, dry place.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take it alongside a statin?
Many people do, but that is a conversation for your prescriber rather than for us — particularly given the allicin note above.
What does mast cell research have to do with my heart?
Mast cells sit inside coronary arteries. Under stress they release histamine and other mediators, and Prof. Theoharides’ published work links that release to cardiac events and to atherosclerosis.
My LDL is high. Is that automatically a problem?
Not necessarily on its own. When High Cholesterol Is a Sign Your Body Needs Support explains what else to look at.
How is the quality controlled?
High-purity, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, third-party tested for purity and accurate labelling, made in a cGMP-certified facility in the United States.
