Optimal Electrolyte Unflavoured is Seeking Health’s electrolyte powder in 30 stick packs, made to hydrate you inside the cell rather than only wetting your mouth. No added flavour, no sweetener, no sugar.

How Optimal Electrolyte Works

Water alone does not fix dehydration, because water follows minerals. Your cells are about 85% water while the fluid outside them is closer to 20%, so hydration that never crosses the cell wall does little for you. That crossing is what this formula is built around. PEAK ATP, a trademarked form of the energy molecule your cells run on, supports the pumping of potassium and magnesium into the cell, and Himalayan pink salt supplies sodium along with the trace minerals naturally present in it. A 1% loss of body water is enough to blunt attention, concentration, memory and processing speed — which is why the fuzzy head turns up before the thirst does.

Key Ingredients

Six actives in every stick, each in a deliberately chosen form:

  • Potassium — as potassium bicarbonate, which also backs a healthy alkaline pH against the acidity that exercise creates.
  • Sodium and chloride — both from Himalayan pink salt, which carries its own naturally present trace minerals.
  • Magnesium — Albion di-magnesium malate, behind more than 400 enzymes, healthy muscle and nerve function, a positive mood and hormone balance.
  • PEAK ATP — a trademarked form of ATP, your body’s primary energy source; it supports blood flow, strength, power and recovery from fatigue.
  • Creatine and taurine — creatine hydrates the muscle itself, taurine adds strength and endurance and feeds phase 2 liver detoxification.
  • Niacin — vitamin B3, the building block for NAD+ that the Krebs cycle needs to turn food into energy.

Other ingredients: malic acid and calcium silicate. Free from dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, gluten and GMO.

Who It’s For

For you if plain water never quite lands: cramping, water retention, headaches that trace back to dehydration. It fits keto and low-carb eating, sauna and training days. This is the unflavoured box, so it disappears into water, juice or a smoothie.

Suggested Use

Add one stick to 240 ml of filtered water, away from food, as often as you need. Sip, hold, then swallow rather than chugging; absorption is much better that way. Keep it out of the last three hours before bed, or take it as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If a full serving leaves you unsettled, take half on waking or before exercise and drink it slowly. Keep the box closed in a cool, dry place and use it within 60 days of opening.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why so much more potassium than sodium? Most diets already supply plenty of salt, while potassium is the one people run short on. Add a pinch of salt yourself only when you are sweating heavily or eating keto.

Does it fizz? Briefly. The potassium bicarbonate reacts with water, stir it and let it stand a minute and the carbon dioxide burns itself out.

Can I take magnesium alongside it? Yes, and it mixes in: a scoop of Magnesium Malate Powder is unflavoured too, so it goes into the same glass.
