Suggested Use

Tear the plastic shell lengthwise from the centre perforation at the top and apply a lubricant if desired. For rectal use: insert after a bowel movement, past the sphincter muscle, and try to hold it for 15–20 minutes. For vaginal use: insert 5–10 cm while lying down, preferably at night, and stay flat for at least 30 minutes. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Store the bag in the freezer — frozen, the suppositories stay good for years.
