Suggested Use

Tear the plastic shell lengthwise, starting at the centre perforation at the top, and apply a lubricant if needed. For rectal use: insert after a bowel movement, past the sphincter muscle, and try to hold it for 15–20 minutes. For vaginal use: insert 5–10 cm while lying down, preferably at night, and stay flat for at least 30 minutes. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Keep the bag in the freezer, where the suppositories hold their potency indefinitely, or in the fridge for up to 18 months from the date of manufacture.
