The Vibrant America Total Tox Burden is an at-home urine test that measures 87 markers across the three big toxin groups at once: mould toxins, heavy metals and environmental chemicals. One first-morning sample, one report — a complete picture of the load your body is carrying.

How the Total Tox Burden Test Works

You collect your first morning urine at home and send it back to the lab in the prepaid express envelope. The lab runs the sample on advanced LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry, sensitive enough to pick up toxins in trace amounts, and your results — with explanations — are emailed to you. The report works through each category, flags every marker as in control, moderate or high, and lists your previous level next to each result, so a retest shows exactly what has moved.

What It Measures

All 87 markers in three groups:

• Heavy metals (20) — including lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, aluminium and gadolinium, metals that build up from water, food and the environment.
• Mycotoxins (29) — mould toxins such as the aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, gliotoxin and the trichothecenes produced by Stachybotrys, the black mould found in water-damaged buildings.
