Amla Extract + Fruit Powder is AMLApure’s simplest formula: organic amla extract and organic whole amla fruit powder, and nothing else, for food-based vitamin C. Ninety serves in a 90 g tub.
How Amla Extract + Fruit Powder Works
Most vitamin C on the shelf is isolated ascorbic acid — one molecule, made in a factory. Amla, the Indian gooseberry, is among the richest fruit sources of the vitamin there is, and in the fruit it never arrives alone: polyphenols, flavonoids, tannins and the fruit’s own antioxidant compounds come with it. This formula gives you amla in two forms at once, the whole dried fruit alongside a concentrate of it. Vitamin C itself contributes to normal immune function, to the collagen your skin, gums, cartilage, bones and blood vessels are built from, to protecting cells from oxidative stress, and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Nothing synthetic is added to reach a number on a label.
Key Ingredients
Two organic ingredients, and that is the whole label:
- Amla whole fruit powder — the complete Indian gooseberry, dried and ground, so the vitamin C reaches you inside the fruit matrix that carries it rather than on its own.
- Amla extract — the same fruit concentrated, which puts a denser dose of amla’s botanical compounds next to the whole fruit.
Who It’s For
This is for you if high-dose synthetic vitamin C does not sit well, or if you would simply rather take a food than a tablet. It is the plainest thing in the AMLApure range — two ingredients, USDA Organic, vegan and non-GMO — and it works as a daily foundation rather than a targeted protocol. Want the enzyme and circulation side as well? Enterinex builds on the same amla base.
Suggested Use
One serve a day. The tub holds 90 g and 90 serves, so a serve is a level gram — use the scoop and follow the directions on the tub, or take it as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Stir it into a large glass of water, tea or a smoothie, and give it a moment to dissolve. Keep it closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat, moisture and light.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this ascorbic acid? No. The vitamin C is what occurs naturally in the amla fruit, and no synthetic vitamin C has been added on top.
Why both an extract and the whole fruit? The whole fruit powder gives you the complete fruit; the extract concentrates the botanical compounds out of it. Together they cover both ends of the same plant.
Can I take it every day? Yes — that is what it is built for. This is a daily foundation, not a short course.
How do I judge whether a supplement is clean? How to Choose Clean, High-Quality Supplements is the checklist Esther uses, and it applies well beyond vitamin C.
