The Vibrant America Toxin Zoomer is the lab’s newest and broadest toxin panel: one urine sample, 104 markers across the four big exposure groups — mould toxins, heavy metals, environmental chemicals and PFAS. One panel, one report: your full toxic excretion in a single view.
How the Toxin Zoomer Works
You collect a urine sample at home and post it back to the lab. There it runs on LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry for the mould toxins, chemicals and PFAS, and on ICP-MS for the heavy metals — results normalised to urine creatinine so dilution doesn’t skew your numbers. The report opens with a summary of everything high or moderate, marks every marker green, yellow or red against reference percentiles, and groups findings by likely exposure source — water, food, air or household products. Testing runs in Vibrant’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory.
What It Measures
All 104 markers, in four panels:
- Mycotoxins (29) — mould toxins including the aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, gliotoxin and the satratoxins produced by Stachybotrys, the black mould of water-damaged buildings.
- Heavy metals (20) — lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, gadolinium and uranium among them, metals that accumulate from water, food and the environment.
- Environmental chemicals (38) — BPA, phthalates, parabens, glyphosate, atrazine and other pesticides from plastics, fragrances, cleaners and personal-care products.
- PFAS (17) — the “forever chemicals” from non-stick and waterproof coatings, measured at trace levels across legacy and emerging compounds.
Who It’s For
This is the test for symptoms that persist without a clear driver or shift with your environment: fatigue, brain fog, chemical or fragrance sensitivity, skin flare-ups, weight that won’t respond to diet, headaches, slow recovery. It also suits you if you’ve lived with mould, work around industrial chemicals, or simply want the whole picture in one go.
Suggested Use
Collect your urine at home with the kit: fill the cup, transfer to the specimen tube up to the 15 ml line, write the date and time on the label, seal the tube in the biohazard bag and post it back straight away — a sample held longer than 12 hours can be rejected. Results are ready in two to three weeks.

What are PFAS, and why measure them? Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances stay in the body for years and can influence hormones, immune function and metabolism. This panel gauges your long-term build-up of both older and newer compounds.
Will a retest show my progress? Yes. The report lists your previous value next to each marker, so every follow-up shows exactly what has moved.
