Suggested Use

Will HoloZyme help with beans, onions and other foods that ferment?

Do I take it as a course, or every day?
Enzymes act only while they are in the digestive tract, so they go with meals rather than in a course. We suggest daily use, especially around larger or richer meals.

Is it suitable for a vegetarian or allergen-free diet?
The capsule is plant-based hypromellose. No dairy, gluten, soy, wheat, egg, fish, shellfish, nuts, yeast or rice, no fillers and nothing GMO, though it is made in a shared facility.

How long does one bottle last?
180 capsules, or 90 servings of two — about a month at two capsules with three meals a day, three weeks if you add two at bedtime.
